Good value and great location for the shopping centres.
Much improved since our last visit 4 years ago, big improvement with the Reception staff who are now friendly and helpful.
The dining room staff were as always extremely helpful and friendly.

Location was great walking distance to everything and monorail station nearby, this service was free in other hotels, staff were friendly and helpful. And just outside our room the wall paper was peeling off and breakfast was really tasty and had a good variety of food everyday.

Its location is excellent, the hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful except one whom I talked to once on the phone, reception long queue and waited for 1/2 hours cus just have 2 counters. The room is quite spacious and breakfast is a good selection I wil lbe honest.

Great location comfortable room, a pleasant stay and nice lobby,friendly staff. Service is good and efficient.

The tv channel is not as much as to my liking and the buffet breakfast is just adequate and not something to boast about.
