I recently stayed at a hotel in Las Palmas and had a great experience. The staff at Crisol were incredibly helpful and responded promptly to my emails before my arrival. They even surprised us with a free upgrade to a beautiful 6th floor apartment with a big terrace when they found out we were getting engaged. The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the promenade and a short walk to Las Canteras beach. The room had plenty of storage space and the bed was comfortable. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the continental breakfast had a good selection to accommodate different diets. The hotel also provided free wifi, although the signal was not the best in the room. The lobby had two computers with fast internet access available for guests, and there was a small self-catering kitchen with a fridge and hot plates. I would highly recommend this hotel.

i've been surprised of facilities. There are an excellent wifi, a kitchen in the room, relatively large refrigerator, a really big balcony with lounges and ocean view, included breakfast was really not bad

There's no safe in rooms but on the reception so it is not easy...

If you want self-contained comfort by the beach, go to Hotel Faycán. You can go out in your swimming costume and leave your key at reception and be on the beach in less than thirty seconds. The sea at Las Canteras beach is beautiful, safe and clean. It is lovely to hear the waves at night, as you drift to sleep. The hotel is also very close to good restaurants, including a very nice Lebanese one. A good place for a relaxing break.

This hotel is a great find, offering excellent value for money. The location is just perfect, situated just off the sea front in a busy tourist area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms on level 4 are lovely, with large windows providing an attractive bedroom. The breakfast is also worth mentioning, with a good variety of options like boiled eggs, ham, jams, fruits, and breads.

The hotel offered a spacious room with a separate kitchenette which was perfect for our romantic escape. The rooftop solarium was amazing with comfortable sun loungers and a peaceful ambiance. The location was fantastic, just a walk away from the lively promenade and several nice tapas bars. the breakfast buffet was decent and flavorful.

The two single beds were smaller in size and not so comfortable than what we expected. the lack of air conditioning and soundproofing from the street noise caused slight disruption during our sleep, which could be improved with proper maintenance.
