I got an exceptionally clean and brand-new room, just like I expected. It had a TV, a microwave oven, and a fridge, as well as smoke detectors for safety. The hotel is in a good location, next to the river. Plus, the Farmington Museum is just 3 miles away.

The room was exceptionally clean and with TV, a microwave oven and a fridge at your disposal, particularly nice view of park located at Las Animas River. It had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. Location: the hotel was close enough to the nearby park and the local casino and the river.

Everything is what i need and want.

We were impressed with what we got for the price. Our room was comfortable and clean, and we loved the fact that we could walk along the river.

The location by the river walk was great and the room I was offered had particularly nice views of the park located at Las Animas River. The staff was affable and gave good advice on things to do.

We had a great, relaxing stay during our road trip. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with a private bathroom. The location was excellent, close to a park with a water play area for kids and the Riverwalk.

Pool out of order,stains on towels,stains on pillows,stains in sheets, drunken/stoned people knocking at our door in the middle of the night (more than once and different people!). I'm not picky,but I wouldn't stay there again!

The location next to the Riverwalk was fantastic, and the queen room with a soft bed was just what we needed.

The queen room was very comfortable, with central heating, a TV, and a microwave. The park view from the window was particularly nice. The hotel had an excellent location next to a park with a splash pad. The staff was experienced, great, and responded promptly to requests.

Comfortable and pristine room 🌟. The breakfast spread had a great selection of food. The location was fantastic and convenient, and the onsite parking was free.

A little small room.

We had a very relaxing stay on our road trip. We really enjoyed our rooms. The location was particularly good and excellent, close to restaurants, and in a pretty nice area.

Great location close to restaurants, a park, and a river walk. 🌳 Also, there are spots for outdoor activities nearby.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. I appreciated the peaceful area around the Inn and the beautiful park nearby. I enjoyed my stay.

Good location, nearby park and river. Continental breakfast limited but not crowded. Price was low. Non-smoking request and hairdryer provided.

The hotel was very clean. Everything created a cozy atmosphere. Lots of options for breakfast, including coffee and milk. Parking on site was a bonus. I think it's good value for Farmington.
