Location: the hotel was really close to the park, the quick serve restaurant and the centre of Mesa Verde NP. The breakfast was reasonable and good for what was on offer with juice. We enjoyed being there and would love to come back here some time...

Magnificent and stunning location in Mesa Verde National Park, adjacent to restaurants and shopping as well as the Park for quick tours and seeing all of the ruins. Also, in the centre of Mesa Verde NP.

Retro room and exceptional view at sunset. Brilliant and exceptional location for our visit to Wetherill Mesa within walking distance of the hotel. Set near the national park, the ruins, and the center in the nice enough area.

The lodge was inside Mesa Verde National Park which made it very convient. Next door was a cafeteria style restaurant with great prices and good food.
The lodge remidned us of cabins at a campsite. The building is old but classic. There was a fan and no AC.

George
The room had a comfortable bed and a bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub, which was convenient.

Dinner was gourmet and amazing. never expected that knowing Aramark runs the facility. Also, you can't get any closer to Mesa Verde than this. nearest hotel in town is a 20-25 mile drive to the cliff sites. this hotel is in the park and a short 5 miles to cliff sites. from park entry to the hotel is a pretty steep 15 mile drive so if you're staying overnight this is the best option by far.
was built in the 70's and shows it a little.

Our room was well-equipped and new, with a king bed, balcony, and a beautiful view, plus two double beds.

The location - right inside the Mesa Verde national park; otherwise it's much the same as any other inn/motel in that price range - slightly more expensive since you pay for the location.
The breakfast cafe is a bit far from the hotel and the food selection there is heavily weighted to junk food. For the price they're charging, they could throw in a "continental breakfast" in their own restaurant like most motel chains do.
