Fantasyland Hotel Edmonton - 埃德蒙顿

To keep it short: if you like shopping, the hotel location is absolutely perfect, because it is situated within West Edmonton Mall, one of the largest shopping-malls in North America.

Edmonton mall in is situated is absolutely fantastic and the hotel location is absolutely perfect.

I liked the proximity to the mall and great location.

We're not big flyers so the idea of driving a few hours north was better than airport hassles nowadays.

We flew in and took the sky shuttle directly from the airport, $15.

Its a perfect location to all that the west edmonton mall has to offer, we stay in a luxury theme room is a corner room and the bedroom had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.

The rooms were big and comfortable although the bathrooms were a bit small -there was a good range of toiletries and the bed was really comfy.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in july in an executive style room which had one double bed and a set of bunk beds and a huge jacuzzi in the room.

There was a great hot tub in the room and the bathroom was big with an outside basin too.

All the beds had atleast one cigarette burn in the bedding, and one had pennies under the bed spread burn holes, not from house keeping I would guess.

Ate breakfast nearby and in the bar first class and good service.

Fast and always available elevators, great bar, free buffet breakfast for morning.

We had a great breakfast buffet at one of the hotels restaurants, the Fantasy Grill.

It was nice to browse the shops and eat at the different restaurants at the mall.

Food: We were there for a conference and some meals were provided: breakfast was great, a lot of fresh fruit included in all breaks.

If you do run into a problem, the front desk staff is top notch and I'm sure they'd fix it quickly.

The staff at the hotel was superb and the service was friendly.

We have never had a problem with the staff and find everyone from reception, valet, doorman, etc.

The jacuzzi was huge, the food was excellent.

I'm not to sure what people excpect from the elevators?

The hotel lobby is directly integrated into the mall.

I didn't like that they didn't have high speed connections, just wifi.

Our rooms were very clean, and everything that we needed was right there at our fingertips.

The beds were comfortable, the jacuzzi was clean and again breakfast was excellent.

Our room was very clean, housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Our room was a superiour room with two queens, clean and quite spacious.

Also very kind staff, clean comfortable room and the jacuzzi was nice.
