The room was spacious and had a window that lets in natural light. The hotel is located in the central area with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, a great advantage when in a new place.

The hotel appeared to have a lack of cleanliness. We spotted several cockroaches in the room.

Staying very close to many tourist locations and within 15 mins walk from istana alam shah. Perfect for city break. 9 miles from the airport❤❤

My New Year's stay was not great. My room had a lot of noise coming from the air conditioner that kept me up during the night.

It is small but very clean. Quite impressive with the price offered.

The amount I have paid was more than what is written in my booking, although the cost was still very affordable. Also the the hotel have no restaurant and no executive suite so there should be no option for breakfast and executive suite rooms in the booking.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Klang and overall had an okay experience. The location was fantastic, with plenty of food shops around and a main supermarket just a 20-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, although there were some stains on the bedsheets and blankets. The service was decent, with fast responses from the room service staff.

There were some negative aspects. The air conditioner in the room was noisy and woke me up several times in the night.

Overall this hotel is clean and the staff are friendly.

Too dark in the surounding . Power point for electrcical appliance ( hair dryer ) was not working. No floor mat to dry wet feet. Very old towels provided.
