We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The apartment was nice and large, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff here is great, speaking Italian, German, and English. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The dinner was also good. The hotel's location is perfect, being a short driving distance to the town center, hot springs, and a large mall with a fun kid zone. We also liked that there was a small pool for the kids and a child care center, even though we didn't use it. we highly recommend this hotel for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.

It was a very good stay, very relaxed. The hotel is very good placed fór an active holiday, even with a small kid. Within a week we managed to see beautiful things at Ossiacher see and Faaker see, in Hohe Tauern as well as in neighboring Slovenia and Italy. The hotel staff was very Nice and professional. They have a very good cuisine and an excellent, communicative chef able to provide you with good advice and, even more importantly, with an excellent food.

The hotel internet will allow you to browse on web pages, but not to work with attached documents and USB key. They are simply too well protected against computer viruses :-). However, remedy could be quite easy - bring your own laptop (which I forgot at home :-() and will provide you wit wi-fi access.

During our New Year stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment and the cleanliness throughout. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to start our day. the hotel's location allowed for easy access to the city center, as well as nearby hot springs and a large shopping mall.

The staff seemed uninterested and weren't very helpful when it came to providing recommendations or assistance. the lack of a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment was inconvenient, as it limited our ability to cook our own meals.

Good value for money. Suite 209 is very spacious and neighborhood is quiet. Commonly decorated but clean. Friendly staff at reception, but not in the restaurant. Good location, near shopping center ATRO and highway exit. I was in the swiming pool and SPA.

Internet is not free.

Owner is not very friendly at all... On the lunch menu only one item, which is absolutely not kids friendly... reception closes at 20.30 with hard core blinds and offers no service.. beer costs 3,70EUR.... restaurant staff does not speak english at all.... internet shuts down at midnight eventhough you have paid 10 EUR for it... huh, I guess that's enought for now...

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the great buffet breakfast and delicious dinner at the hotel. The location is perfect for ski enthusiasts, as the slopes are easily accessible. Another great aspect was the childcare center for parents with young children.

The hotel staff was not very friendly or accommodating. We had some trouble with the internet access and had to pay extra for it, and we also felt that they lacked enthusiasm in helping us plan outings in the surrounding area.
