We were in a marvellous and brilliant location not too far away from Planai. There was a perfect restaurant not too far away from the hotel. Got Wheelchair Accessible room with large TV and the bed is located, for example as expected...

The location was BEAUTIFUL, at a short distance from Stadttor. It was also right by a "aqua park``, another Falkensteiner and the River. The room of this place was impeccable and clean with full of kids.

Great facilities and location! The hotel offers amazing amenities and is situated in a prime spot for exploring the city. The breakfast and dinner options were superb, with a wide variety of delicious and satisfying dishes. The staff was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. The housekeeping missed our room twice in our week-long stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

Located next to the river and within walking distance to the ski lift, this hotel offers beautiful rooms with great views. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and dinner options are equally impressive. guests can enjoy the large spa and gym facilities during their stay.

Some communication issues during dinner service and occasionally inconsistent room cleaning can be a cause for concern for some guests.
