We recently stayed at the Falkensteiner Family Hotel in Zadar for a week-long family vacation. The hotel's location on a private beach was absolutely beautiful and offered plenty of activities for everyone. We loved spending time at the various pools on the property, where our boys had a blast and even learned to swim underwater. The meals provided were delicious and had a great variety for all tastes. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the opportunity to explore the nearby city of Zadar, which is rich in history.

Can just recommend this hotel.

This is a perfect place to stay with kinds of any age. Kids stay busy for the whole day while parents enjoy sauna's and massage's or swimming in the sea. Good food and a lot of sun! The hotel is also situated in a rather calm location (far from the busy city).

Those who like sandy beaches will be disappointed, as the coast is rocky and special shoes are required to enter the sea. The depth mantains very rapidly, but water is very clean and various color fishes are swimming near by.

All we needed for family vacation in Zadar. Within short walking distance to the restaurant bistro punta.

We had the perfect mix of cultural and sports activities in Zadar. We visited museums, galleries, and even caught some exciting sport events. Plus, the hotel itself had first-class child-friendly facilities like an outdoor playground with tons of toys for the little ones and sun protection to keep them safe. Falky Land was like a paradise for kids with interactive and digital toys, and the sports academies offered a chance to learn new skills. And let's not forget about the adventure book and sticker booklet - we met all the cool characters like Zoe, Dr Frederick, and Karlie. It was like being part of a real-life adventure!

If I had to mention one thing that could be better for young party-goers, it would be the nightlife. While the hotel had plenty of activities for families and kids, there weren't as many options for us to enjoy a wild night out.

The new concept of restaurant is a food lover's dream with a wide variety of delicious dishes. Falky Land kept the kids entertained while I relaxed at the family-centered spa.

Oh, how I loved slipping and sliding around the dangerous pool area. Such a thrilling experience!

Great food (gained a couple of pounds while we were there :-)), comfortable beds in a big family-size room. The staff are amazing. Always with a smile on their face and willing to help. We particularly enjoyed the "fiesta evening" on the beach - instead of having dinner in the hotel restaurant, the hotel arranged for all guests to have it on their private beach, with tables and benches and free drinks, and a live band playing Dalmatian songs. Excellent organization. There was animation for children all day and live music in the evening, though the hotel was still quiet enough so that small children could rest during the day. The Spa is great. They give good massages at affordable prices and they have a sauna with a relaxation room and caldarium. We are definitely coming back next year.

No complaints really. Just a note - this hotel is not in the centre of Zadar, it is a bit remote from shops and bars. But perfect for a relaxing holiday.

The room was larger than expected and had an interesting configuration. The food was of good quality and had enough variation. The staff at the restaurants and bars were friendly and helpful. The hotel offered facilities such as tennis and basketball courts, bike rentals , and extra activities at the Fortis club. The beach was suitable for kids with sandy entrance and lots of natural shade. The pool area was spacious and never overcrowded. The parking was ample and protected from the sun.

Felt immediately at home, no reason to complain.

The facilities for young children, from 3 months to 4-5 years, were amazing. This car-free resort offered a wide range of activities and a great playroom, perfect for toddlers and smaller school children. The food was exceptional in terms of variety and quality. The modern and spacious family rooms were top-notch. The full board option made meals a breeze, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The resort offered endless activities to keep the kids entertained while we relaxed by the pool or enjoyed the beautiful sea. We would definitely return to this jaw-dropping hotel, as it truly exceeded our expectations. It is a safe and child-friendly haven for families with young children.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing family break, with excellent facilities for children and adults. Our children (4 and 2) loved it, and did we. Staff and food were wonderful too. We'll stay again.

This hotel is simply amazing! I enjoyed the many activities that were available, and the food was fresh and varied. The cleanliness of this hotel was also noteworthy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Additionally, this hotel is located right by the beautiful sea, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.

We really like the hotel, it is ideal place for family with children. The food was exceptionally tasty, staff very friendly and helpful.

The pools and waterslide were the best parts of our weekend trip. We also appreciated the included meals, which offered a good variety of food options. The beautiful views of the sea from the property added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived at the hotel. we were disappointed that parking was not included in the pricey room rates.
