            The location was great, underground parking was nice to have as well and facilities were secure and felt very comfortable staying at this hotel. The staff were accommodating and the receptionist was very friendly. The room was extraordinary, all kitchen utensils were clean.

            Mattresses were relatively uncomfortable, restaurant was closed on Monday.

            Complimentary underground parking and nice loction for day trips into National Parks. The quiet area and perfect Rustic Mountain Getaway. Good value for the money and the bed was a pillowtop and as comfortable as home.

            Front desk staff brought right up and hot tub was not available. The pillows were very uncomfortable, cheap lumpy things.

            The underground parking and access is convenient, the views of the mountains are spectacular, the Falcon Crest Lodge is by far the most modern and comfortable. The suites are amazing and were like a home from home, the staff is friendly and helpfull. Hot tub is located outside and the kitchen is spacious.

            Free underground parking and quiet location. Whole stay was brilliant, staff were great and the receptionists were very welcoming. The beds were comfy and the bathroom was over the top clean as well as the kitchen facilities.
