We had relaxing stay.
The location was secluded, excellent to various tourist spots. Plus, it was just next door to dog friendly pubs, a beautiful area and the fossil beach at Charmouth and Lyme Rib Rides at Lyme Regis.

The views, the food, the friendliness of the owners and staff, the comfort of the room and the great location. My 7 year old was made to feel welcome despite being the only child there at the time, and I really appreciated the afforts that were made to accommodate her eating preferences.
We were a bit cold one afternoon when we came back a bit early from a day out, but the owner had turned the heating up after a while (unprompted from me) and I was daft enough not to realise that there was also a fan heater in the room!

Great staff. Plenty of hot water! Fantastic situation overlooking the valley. Great location for exploring the Jusrassic coast, and of course for Hugh Fernly Wernley's restaurants!
Nice old house with a fairly awful 1970s extension
