A favorite of those on cruises, Fairmont Waterfront Hotel is across from the downtown port. It has great views of the bay, mountains, city, and Stanley Park. The rooms are plain, but the service is almost flawless, especially on the Gold Level.

Location is excellent and the hotel itself is very attractive.
The room was comfortable and the surroundings very pleasant, the entire staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, bathroom was also very clean and large.
The beds are lovely and comfortable and the rooms immaculate.

Overall, an exquisite hotel and good service. Excellent accommodation, all in all, very nice staff and awesome breakfast, all great facilities.

The restaurant area is quite small, and the bar didn't appeal to us much, the sea planes are not far away either.

Food plentiful to an excellent standard, served by attentive staff and good family choice.

Poor tv quality and the front desk lady was very rude. The television set was an old rca, we had to continuously bang to get reception.

The location was fantastic and just as the staff assured me, a taxi was readily available. Hotel was beautiful and clean, service was fabulous, everyone working the concierge desk was pleasant and helpful. The bed was great and food was very good at local restaurants.
