In 2009 Fairmont Le Montreux Palace was completely renovated with rooms, lobby, and reception area featuring Fiona Thomson design. Fairmont Le Montreux Palace’s guestrooms include its standard rooms fitted with either a queen-sized bed, a king-sized bed or twin beds, deluxe room with either a king-sized bed or twin beds, junior suite, suite and club room. Each room features the following as standard: Public wireless LAN connection, air conditioning, telephone with voice messaging, modem connection, cable television with pay-per-view. Non-smoking rooms as well as rooms/facilities for disabled people are available upon request. Guests with children are welcome. All children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Older children/adults are provided with additional bedding for CHF 120.00per person per night. The maximum number of additional beds in the room is one. Pets allowed on request.

La Brasserie du Palace offers full American buffet breakfast from 6.30am to 10.30am. Lunch is served from 11.30am to 2.30pm. A snack menu is served from 2.30pm to 6.30pm, while dinner is served from 6.30pm to 10.30pm. This stylish setting offers authentic Parisian Brasserie dishes as well as original Swiss specialties. La Terrasse du Petit Palais is open for lunch and dinner in the summer, between May and September. The working hours are from 11.30am, hot dishes served from 11.30am until 2.30pm and 6.30pm until 10pm. Harry's New York Bar serves a wide variety of cocktails and a la carte menu inspired by international cuisine. It is open Sundays to Thursdays 5pm - 2am and Fridays and Saturdays 5pm - 3am. Lobby Lounge Bar is open from 8am until midnight and treats its guests with a variety of aperitifs and a home-made dessert menu. Every Sunday the hotel offers the Sunday Brunch for CHF 80.- per person. You can taste mouth watering dishes inspired by French, Asian and local cuisines from 11.30am to 3pm. Children’s menu as well as vegetarian dishes are available with you booking.

The Fairmont Le Montreux Palace is a nice place to host your conference or meeting since it houses 'Le Petit Palais' Conference Center with six meeting rooms with the capacity for up to 1200 people. 'Le Palace' offers eight meeting and banquet rooms for up to 680 persons. Function rooms come fully equipped with Wi-Fi internet and audio-visual facilities. Secretarial services as well as entrepreneurs and translators are available upon your request. Internet is available throughout the hotel for CHF 29.00 per day.
