Great location and very beautiful historic hotel - almost a 'signature' of Quebec.

The surrounding views are superb and the hotel is in a good location.

Agreed: the location is fabulous and the hotel is very large so be prepared to navigate the long halls.

Staff were very accomodating, the bed in our room was extremely comfy and tHe complementary breakfast was extensive and excellent.

Attentive service, check-in very friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

Booked a large studio double double room for our family of four (2 teenagers).

Two TVs, two double beds, and a large sitting room area with a couch.

Bar are all excellent - we really enjoyed our meal in the main dining room - beautiful views and a nice place to relax like the Richelieu manor.

Breakfast choices were a bit limited - we've definitely had better.

Wonderful restaurants on premises, very pleasant stay and reasonable prices.

Furniture was comfortable, we received a complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful and the pool was warm.

Service is very nice, 15 a day for high speed internet access -- something that many and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

The staff is fabulous, the concierge cannot be beat in terms of being kind and the rooms are superb.

The room that I got has a spectacular view of the Saint Lawrence River, the place was superb and the concierge staff was particularly helpful.

The hotel was very child friendly, the staff was the BEST and room service was also very good.

Hotel was very helpful to us except for one grumpy conceirge, the service was excellent - reception and clean room was recently renovated.

Location is great, visiting Quebec for long weekend over Carnival time and lobby is beautiful.

The local people are friendly and gym are well equiped.

The food was great, the pool facilities were superb.

Apart from that, it is very clean and modern, nice rooms, friendly staff, lots of places to dine out within 2 minutes of the hotel.

Our room was fresh and the breakfast buffet was nice.

  • For first time visitors, THE ONLY place to go!

    This hotel is centrally located and in the thicke of things. You can see ice-breakers on the St. Lawrence in the wintertime, sledge down the tracked hills, and drink real hot chocolate while holding mittened hands. It's the perfect romantic spot to go. We go back every year for our anniversaire!

    Wonderful restaurants on premises, very pleasant stay and reasonable prices. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, free internet, as well as Dufferin Terrace. A fabulous meal and great choice.

    Picturesque buildings of Old Quebec, the dining facilities are quite expensive.

    Fairly modern workout area, beautiful hotel and staff extremely helpful and attentive. Very comfortable beds and wonderful restaurants. Plenty of good choices and the local people were SO friendly at the carnival as we strolled about.

    Excellent location and this hotel lived up to our every expectation. Great staff there too, the employees were friendly and helpful, the room was a good size for the 4 of us. The breakfast was also fabulous.

    Beautiful common areas, lacked any kind of atmosphere and staff very helpful and friendly. The beds very comfortable, great restaurants and nice pool.

    Some of the old town and expensive bar. Our main waiter was a little stand offish.
