Brian
I liked the place, its astonishing food.
The hotel was clean and had amicable and fairly friendly staff who was being trained by one of the managers. The location was particularly good and gorgeous for Jasper, short walk to a tree-lined lake. A casual restaurant with kind waiters was an advantage.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from check-in to extending our stay. They even went above and beyond to book an excursion for us at the last minute. The location of this place was perfect, with beautiful views of the river and a great area to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. The amenities were excellent, with a spa and wellness center, sauna, swimming pool, and more.
On the downside, there were a few minor issues. The check-in process was a bit slow and there was some confusion during check-out.

I enjoyed the place, its free of charge and extensive breakfast.
The hotel was clean with lovely interior and nestled in a really nice building. Every member of staff was very hospitable. The location was gorgeous, very close to Moligne canyon, which in the wintertime was spectacular, Lac Beauvert and snow capped mountains and the mountains and lake. I ate at the casual restaurant near the property. Everything met expectation, I would use them next time.

A lovely relaxing and pretty standard hotel, my first choice in Jasper. Ideal place for a holiday with top-class employees who was being trained by one of the managers. Remote location by coach after getting off the Rocky Mountaineer to absolute chaos. Based close enough to Jasper National Park with lots of wildlife on the property as well as formal restaurants.
Bad smell in the room.
