Located away from the hustle and bustle of the center of Acapulco, this lovely hotel offers pools with fantastic waterslide (great for kids), while adults can lounge around its lovely grounds or luxuriate in the spa.

This four-star hotel, located not far from the center of Acapulco, Mexico, a few minutes from the airport, is within the top 25 resorts in Latin America. It offers great rooms and facilities for families with children, such as pools with fantastic waterslide that are so beloved by the kids.

All and all and great place, the service was excellent. Our room was spacious enough, the food was relatively inexpensive and quite good.

The services were great and the beds were very comfortable and the a/c was excellent. The food offerings were disappointing.

Our hotel room was old and did not have new television nor a mini bar, the price was not more than $25 per entree.

The balcony was the best part of the jr suite, big enough to sunbathe on and to eat outside, service was great at all the restaurants and at the pool for drinks.

The beach was clean, the water warm a bit rough for some, the meal was outstanding, the view spectacular and the service was exemplary, the pool areas were just as amazing as the hotel. The staff were wonderful, the rooms were very large, clean and beautiful, the food was great and plentiful.

Beautiful beach and the service is much better, the coffee ice cream at the coffee shop is wonderful, as mentioned, the common areas of the hotel are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is amazing.

The views at the aforementioned restaurants are incredible and few Places are More Beautiful. The room i am in is superb, spacious and clean, prices are good, food is good and service is tops. The pools are wonderful.

The beach is nice, not the best i have ever seen, at the moment of applying at the front desk the staff didn't know about.

The view from the beach bar is just breathtaking and the hotel is wonderful. The seafood is the best in Acapulco, the Spa and Golf courses are really good.

Takes forever at the front desk to get anything done and rooms are old.

Our room was big and had an amazing view of the ocean and pool area, hotel was fabulous, the reception on arrival by Fabiola was quite friendly. The water was extremely clear and food was great.
