Hotel's continental breakfast had something for everyone. The room was separate and with spacious beds. The property's location was central, on the outskirts.

No reason to complain, the venue met all required needs, would definitely recommend it. The staff were exceptionally kind throughout our stay.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, the room was brand-new and I truly enjoyed consistently courteous staff. Its location was good and excellent, near to highway, shopping, restaurants and Highway 17 and adjacent restaurants. Stayed for 2 days and didn't want to say goodbye, I definitely want to stay in that area again.

Everything is great here, had a really great stay for those travellers trying to be on road early. The rooms are fabulous and quiet here with TV, a couch plus call Mitchell soap.

Staff were extremely friendly, rooms were tastefully decorated and equipped with a couch and call Mitchell soap, for example. Comfortable and easy location, I was close to the beach.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast with yogurts and also other products. The location of the property in Sault Ste. Marie is comfortable and easy, not far from great restaurant as well as the bridge.

The pool area was nice and the location was particularly good and excellent, so close to North-west Ontario, restaurants and other amenities, and Highway 17 and many area restaurants. On the whole fabulous food; Tim Hortons was in the vicinity.

The location was ideal and incredibly comfortable, next to several restaurants, gas stations and a walmart, many big box stores and fast food locations. For short-orders there was Wendy's, we found it close by.

The hotel is perfectly clean and the room is well-appointed. The property offers good and satisfactory breakfast with other products and yogurts, as example. The staff are efficient and affable. The setting is ideal and easy, so close to great restaurant, Highway 17 and many area restaurants, and other stores. There is Wendy's serving quick meals 25 mins walk from the hotel.

Outstanding Service and Comfort

During my recent stay at Fairfield Inn, I was impressed by the exceptional service and comfort provided. The staff warmly welcomed me upon arrival and ensured that my wheelchair accessible room was ready and waiting. The room itself was in excellent condition, clean, and well-maintained. The hotel's convenient location made it easily accessible by car and close to shopping and restaurants.

I appreciated the complimentary breakfast, although it was a basic continental spread with lots of carbs. However, having the option to microwave leftovers or pick up groceries for breakfast or dinner was a convenient feature.

After a long drive to the border, we were relieved to find a comfortable hotel to rest in. The spacious room with high ceilings was a pleasant surprise, and the firm, supportive mattress provided a great night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including a huge walk-in shower, were impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of choices. We also appreciated the ample free parking available.

The carpeting in the hallways was quite soiled and took away from the overall cleanliness of the hotel.

Breakfast could have been extended another hour... 1/2 hour before...1/2 hour later. Otherwise great staff and great service...

we loved this hotel, it was spotless with an easy and absolutely kind staff. location: the property was not far from the train station, the waterfront, and highway, shopping and restaurants. furthermore, close to everything a traveller would need.
