It is a terrific location with Wolfe Chase Galleria, Germantown Parkway, and businesses along Hwy.

The hotel is in a great location, 1 minute from I40 just 20 minutes drive from the airport and downtown area.

The indoor pool area is clean and inviting, the hotel is in a great location.

The room was pretty clean although the bathroom was quite dilapidated and my sons toy snake didnt look out of place in the tub.

Staff was very nice from check in to replacing a bathroom bilb, to allowing our team extra time in the pool, to giving us the breakfast room for dominoes and games.

The bed was a little softer than I like but that's just me.

Decor was OK for a budget hotel ($109 for a double and a sofa bed).

The room was well stocked with towels, cups, coffee, ect.

The breakfast was probably a little better than most hotel continental breakfasts since they had Jimmie Dean heat and eat bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits available.

Breakfast was good although you need to get down early to avoid any toaster related congestion in a pretty small food service area.

Overall the stay was wonderful, breakfast was nice, but needed more hot items and larger seating area.

The continental breakfast far surpasses what other chains offer.

Wolfchase Mall is 1/2 mile away, and there are plenty of chain and local restaurants, some (Steak-n-Shake) are adjacent to the hotel.

From the front desk team to the staff that monitored the morning breakfast to the management, we found everyone to be friendly and courteous.

The staff was wonderful and the manager did give us a free nights accommodation to compensate for the intrusion.

Manager and staff were friendly and helpful.

Instead, I found a warm and welcoming hotel with a staff that was exceptional.

The hotel was clean and quiet, indoor pool was good.

The pool and hottub remained the same our entire stay.

The parking lot wasn't real big but there seemed to be enough spots for everyone without too much trouble.

Perfect place to stay, hot tub and clean and nice indoor pool.

Clean and nice indoor pool, breakfast in the morning was okay, nothing to write home about but as advertised, rooms were average to smallish but clean.

The rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Basically just slept here however, we found the room clean and nice.

It was clean and comfortable, but kids ran up and down the hallway into late in the evening, the neighbors were too loud, and the floors so thin that we had complaints from the people below us when we walked across the room.
