The hotel was clean, the room was well furnished and the bed was comfortable. We got a room with a bath.

The location of the hotel is great, with antique malls and restaurants nearby. The staff members were pleasant and super friendly. Everything about my stay was really good; I would choose this hotel again in Springfield.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a prime location next to a large shopping area, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel was also close to the USAF Aerospace museum, making it a great choice for aviation enthusiasts. The room was very clean and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that everything was great during my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. the hotel provided excellent facilities and advantages such as a fitness center and swimming pool.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, which could be a bit inconvenient for those traveling with more than one person.

The pool was perfect for our young kids, with a 4ft depth all around and a ladder for easy access. Breakfast had a great variety of options, satisfying all our cravings.

We had to wait 8 minutes for the desk clerk to show up at the reception desk to check us in. Don't know where she was but it is a bad system of the desk is vacant for such a long time. She also didn't apologize for the wait. She just said "I'm here".
