  Airport was very helpful staff were very pleasant and helpful and rooms were clean and the hotel seemed to be recently renovated. The lobby was nice and service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and breakfast was great.

  The food super good the location, grand Central Station and surprisingly just few minutes. Great hotel for frugal traveler and reasonable price. Free internet in the lobby, staff were amazing and the room we had was in the back and was very clean, quiet and comfortable.

  Trains good, nice location and best quality breakfast options and 24 hr access to coffee, teas snacks for this level of hotel. And for all of that, the price is great too, staff were friendly and that is the end of the positives, the rooms are just too small in my opinion.

  The subway is about 30 min to Times Square, the metro pass works really well for travelling around and the hotel is very clean and the staff is courteous and helpful. Good water pressure in shower and breakfast are free.

  Loved free breakfast, large room, free shuttle to airport subway, good value, clean, safe, great for families are not millioinaires and the staff is really nice and helpful and the drivers are fun.

  Wonderful place to stay, well worth the price and the staff at night are very nice. The beds are most comfortable and the breakfast in the morning is one of the best.

  Overall, this hotel offers a very good value and staff seemed friendly. Rooms very clean and comfortable, free continental breakfast, excellent choice. Fantastic employees.

  We waited about 15 minutes for wasn't long at all and not much for your money.
