The hotel is very misleading! The hotel staff does not disclose any information on various charges or holds that they put on the account. It has been four days and my account has not been credited. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The beds and pool were nice!

The lobby was torn apart for construction. Apparently there was code issues and the job was stopped mid way. There were exposed wires, sharp metal, and many hazards that were not safe for a family with young children. We had to grab food and eat in the room for fear our children would touch something or get hurt. Also, we were told there were washers and dryers on site and there were none. We had to go to the Marriott down the road. The price we received from Booked.net was almost 20 dollars more a day than compared to the actual price we would have paid had we just called the hotel!! Finally, there were no vending machines. Some other issue apparently, and so they were pulled out at some point and never returned. I will never stay there again and I will never use Booked.net again!!!!

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Huntsville. The location was perfect, with the hotel being close to many restaurants and shops. We loved that it was adjacent to a bunch of great restaurants and to the shopping plaza. Additionally, the hotel was near to the space center, which was a major plus for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was enjoyable. we had a great stay with excellent facilities and room advantages.

The only downside was that the indoor pool was not open during our stay.

Room was recently renovated, so everything was excellent. Breakfast was very good, even though the breakfast area was being renovated. Staff did an outstanding job.

We stayed in the midst of renovation so a bit inconvenient to walk around workers. However they left by 5 and staff went out of their way to be sure we had all we needed. I enjoyed having a room newly redone

The hotel is in a magnificent setting, located next to restaurants and shopping centers. It is within walking distance to various shops and dining options. Additionally, there is an Atlanta Bread nearby offering tea, coffee, and desserts.
