The pool area was very clean. The location was comfortable and excellent, very close to many restaurants. The guest rooms were recently updated. The staff was willing to help with everything.

Stayed in Wheelchair Accessible room with nice updated bath, a good bathroom, sofa, it worked well for me. The location of the hotel was great and easy - at a medium distance from a night club.

The pool could have had steps to walk up instead of the ladder, because of bad arms I was unable to use the pool.

The hotel had a great location near all the places we visited. We enjoyed a meal at the nearby Subway restaurant. The room was nicely decorated and had spacious bathrooms - we really liked it.

Paying with a Corporate Check was NOT a smooth transaction... Although it was pre-approved over the phone, I had several issues with rooms still getting billed to credit cards, because staff could not accept the payment until the morning of departure. (Would not complete transaction late on the the night of the stay...) While credits were made on credit cards, it was not a pleasant situation for me or some of my guests...

Very clean room with a spacious bathroom and comfy feather pillows. Conveniently close to Woodland Mall, making shopping a breeze! 🛍️

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Grand Rapids for a weekend getaway. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process hassle-free. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see. The hotel was spotless and definitely exceeded our expectations for the price. I also appreciated the ample parking and the bright, colorful lobby. The shower head was fantastic and the fact that the cook staff served turkey sausage shows their thoughtfulness towards different dietary needs. The Paul Mitchell toiletries and the luxurious bedding made our stay even more enjoyable, and the breakfast bar was a pleasant surprise.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location here is convenient with a night club just a short walk away, close to the airport, amenities, and shops.

Breakfast served too late on the weekend

We decided to stay at a stellar hotel close to the airport for our early morning flight out. The location on Stahl was convenient and saved us time in the morning. The room was cozy and the bathroom was clean and updated. The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection of hot food and cereal. Plus, the hotel had free wifi and a convenient parking.

It would have been even better if the hotel had lamps with additional plug outlets at the base.

The chlorine smell in the pool area was too strong. We could hardly stay in there for too long. One of the lights in the room had a blown bulb but that was a minor issue. The room did not look like the picture I saw on the web when i was booking the room.
