I had excellent and wonderful room with the tub, pull out couch, functioning phones. The staff was amicable and extremely polite and around most of the time. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Manhattan.

For a 3 star hotel everything was nice, I liked to be here. The staff were responsive and extremely polite in case of questions. I had wonderful and comfy room with 2 queen beds. Had a shower and hairdryers in the bathroom. The service was excellent and the pool was clean. The location was excellent to event center.

No hairdryer. Tub was slippery & hard to access with no safety bar & hard to climb into. In fact many of my friends wonder why economy motels don't just have small walk in showers. Easier to clean & don't trust tubs to be sanitary enough.

The room had a malfunctioning fan/heater/AC that blew air forcefully and caused issues with the curtains and shade.
