Modern hotel, breakfast was outstanding, peaceful location to 'Treehouse' restaurant to the left of FH for dinner. Booked a room with fantastic views of the ocean. There was an elegant bathroom with a shower, hairdryers, and robes. Nothing to complain about, we spent a really enjoyable time here.

I stayed in the room that was nice enough but could be greatly improved with small thoughtful touches and available with an amazing view. An electric kettle and a fridge were provided.

This place was absolutely fantastic and the staff was pretty friendly and amiable. The overall atmosphere was special, though some staff members were not very helpful. I was there for 8 nights and ate at beachside restaurant with a stunning view. Could use satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe. Location: the hotel was so close to hotels own garden, and as also left. I found Yu Bar Sports Restaurant offering shots and different drinks 2 mi of the venue. The stay was absolutely really nice.

Disappointing aspect was a bit tired bathroom.

The room was good sized, and the bed was big, would not hesitate to return there. The location was stunning still close enough to get to the busier spots by taxi and the staff here was exceptionally pleasant. The beachside restaurant served plenty of fabulous food.

Great pool, parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Location so close to the beach in Menam, which is a more quiet part of Samui, the restaurant-Ray and the nearest shops. Nearby Jamaica Bar & Restaurant - great place to chill out...

loved the newly renovated rooms, comfy beds, and central location. The friendly staff were always helpful and went above and beyond for us. Highlight was the spacious villa with private pool, perfect for our honeymoon. Fair House Team made our stay unforgettable with their excellent service.

Prices at the hotel were more than standard prices for the area, but you get what you pay for!

The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but just a short taxi/bus to the nightlife. Happy hours at the pool and restaurant were much enjoyed.

The staff was extremely helpful, providing assistance with our needs and arranging tours. There was a golf cart available to take us to the local mini mart if we needed anything. The shuttle service to larger towns was convenient for exploring. The room was perfect for our family with young children. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices, including fantastic fresh waffles. The gardens were beautiful and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The location was quiet, but we could still walk to nearby restaurants. The pool and swim-up bar were a hit with our 3-year-old. the resort had amazing views and the staff made us feel special, especially during our romantic dinner on the beach.
