A lovely location in Puerto Madero - a short walk to the center and the hotel staff are cool.
The pool area is very cool, probably the best city hotel have stayed in and so the service is excellent.
Both restaurants are delicious and the spa facilities are excellent.

Excellent breakfast, good spa.

The cleanliness of the rooms was not meeting standards of the luxury hotel and indeed, the service was variously attentive and aloof. Also, the water pressure in the showers was very depressing.

The location, right next to the Puerto Madero is ideal for foodies, for a hotel of this nature, one would expect the best and for the price just doesn't measure up. The spa is pristine and the staff is friendly and thorough, rooms are huge. The sauna is amazing and pillows are very comfortable and the possibility of opening.

Red velvet enclosed the bathroom glass area, you could close all the way for privacy and the hotel is super cool. The room , the pool, the ambience is all perfect and the bar has some of the best Cocktails in Buenos Aires. Towel holder is 2 cm long, the food is delicious and there are great shows in the Cabaret.

The location is safe and convenient to a number of local bars and restaurants, the new area of the city the hotel is located is amazing, service is just out of this world perfect. Bathrooms are fantastic, drinks are very reasonable at about $5/glass, tops and the pool is beautiful and perfectly warm.
