  It is in an excellent location - walking distance to Universal and 2 minutes from I-4. You must have a car to see Orlando & parking is free. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We were told that we would not have housekeeping unless we paid extra and we didn't pay for it but the room was cleaned 3 times during the week any way. We had 2 double beds and a sofa bed, a full kitchen (bigger than some houses I've owned). The room (really a suite) was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful every day.

  This staff was friendly and the room was wonderful. Everything was exceptionally clean and the bed was really comfortable.

  135 on the ground floor, the room was large and very clean, and the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. Don Pablo's (Mexican food) was fantastic we ate their on our last night. Disney parks, the timing was out of time with the park and it only took you to Epcot and once their the long trek to the other parks, but the driver was friendly and it was always on time.

  We couldn't be happierwith the location of the hotel. Because you really are only in the room to sleep.

• Great location for families wanting to go to Universal Studios and other theme parks. The hotel lobby, room, kitchen and bathroom was very clean and spacious, plus the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you don't need room service and don't want to spend a lot of money on hotel but want a clean place to stay, then this is the place you want to be.

  Checked in at 11:00pm and we were too tired to complain and change rooms. Furniture was old and outdated the room smelled of mildew. The next morning at 7:00am asked front desk to change rooms. He let me check four rooms to decide on a better room. All the floors were stained and the rooms smelled. People definitely stayed in these rooms and lived for an extended time. One room had a DEAD ROACH in the middle of the bathroom floor.

  We just returned from a 5 day stay at the StudioPlus Orlando near Universal Studios. It's not the Ritz but it is clean with large rooms that feature a small kitchen, queen bed, pull out sofa, recliner, small work table, good sized bathroom and decent closet space (you may want to bring extra hangers, we only had 3 in the closet). There is only one TV in the room and it is on swivel base that allows it to turn so you can watch it from bed or the sofa/sitting area. The hotel has a small pool and very small work out room. Self service onsite laundry is available for a small fee. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly. It's located a short distance from Universal Studios.

  We heard at least one very early morning garbage collection from the fast food place located in the plaza behind the hotel that was very noisy.
