    No real breakfast (unless you count stale bagels and coffee) during the week, and none at all on the weekends.

    We had to empty our own trash cans, with maid service only once a week the room quickly became dirty.

    Scarce staff, slow internet and the pool was not heated, like advertised, made us glad to leave.

    We knew this was not the place for us, when we walked into the hotel lobby after driving almost 6 hours, kids and cats in hand, to be greeted not with a welcome, but with news that we didn't have a reservation after all.
