  Exercise room sparse only two exercies choices. Room service one a week they never cleaned my room. Placed boxes for trash outside the room it took two days to pick up.

  I was there 10 days hotel front desk said hi only twice otherwise they ignored me.

  It is located directly across the street from the Juneau airport and can be seen from the terminal. Walks around the hotel are not especially pleasant because it is an industrial area (the window from our room faced the back parking lot of a hardware store where delivery trucks were parked. It also has a small (3 1/2 deep) inside swimming pool for the kids. It's a bit a drive into Juneau but since most of the tourists arrive on cruise ships, there isn't a lot of automobile traffic and parking downtown is easy to find.
