        Ideal location nice rooms, great Value and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

        Hot tub out of order again as was the last time i was in Juneau on business, the towels were absolutely disgusting and the pool was closed for repairs.

        The location is most convenient to the airport and the employees at this Hotel are fantastic. The rooms are large and have a nice kitchenette, continental breakfast is excellent.

        The lobby is always unkempt and dirty, the front desk staff couldn't possibly be bothered to assist in any way.

        Staff were sufficiently friendly and relatively knowledgable about the area, extended Stay had a great Juneau flavor to. Front desk personnel were knowledgeable and very courteous, the room was clean. The kitchenette was handy.

        Great location clean has everything one needs, good place to stay for a quick trip to Juneau and pool is chemical laden and hot tub has tons of swirling sediments.
