I got this room from Booked.net in August.

Room was renovated and I was pleasantly surprised.

I enjoyed making up my own room in my own time.

However, be aware that the Extended Stay is not so much a hotel as it is a corporate apartment for the numerous companies in the surrounding area.

My room had a range oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, kitchen sink and basic kitchen utensils such as a spatula and pot.

The breakfast is ok but you have to get up real early, because after nine in the morning everything is gone.

They have a pleasant quicky breakfast of bagels, bananas and apples that is left at the front desk.

The surrounding area contains several fast and full service restaurants.

The staff was friendly but hardly ever at front desk.

There is no maid service for stays of less than a week, but they encourage you to change your own linens and towels which I did.

All the staff people truly cared about my stay.

Self service washing machines and dryers as well as a fitness center were available on the first floor.

All of this is positive, but don't expect much help from the front desk which isn't staffed 24/7.

When I complained the front desk person said "What a bummer".

Yes, there is minimal service as this is an extended stay property and not a hotel.

Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpfull.

I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised to find how clean and comfortable my room was.

However the room was super clean with all the conveniences I needed.

Only drawback is that the coach in my room doesn't look very new or clean.

      The room was fine - For a property that seems new it has a lot of chips, scratches and sloppy repairs.

      When I complained the front desk person said "What a bummer". Also at 5:30 am I could hear the employees in the breezeway communicating back and forth on the NEXTEL walky talkies.

I enjoyed making up my own room in my own time. I clearly enjoyed not having a maid knocking at my door. All the staff people truly cared about my stay.

      I wasn't expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised to find how clean and comfortable my room was. However the room was super clean with all the conveniences I needed.

    • The staff was friendly but hardly ever at front desk. We received clean towels only 1 day of our 4 day stay that we had to g. We were told we had to be there 7 days or more to get room cleaned.
