We had a great experience at Extended Stay. The refrigerator was a nice feature, and the heat and air conditioning worked really well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Although our chosen two room suite was not available at check-in, they quickly found a solution by giving us two rooms across the hall from each other and even lowered the price. The facility was clean and in a good location. we were satisfied with our stay.

The staff at Extended Stay was incredibly accommodating when we had a mix-up with our reservation. They made sure we had a comfortable room and even allowed us a late checkout. Despite a small issue with the shower, they handled it promptly and without hassle. I would highly recommend this hotel.
