The room was well-organized and functional with a nightstand and a sofa bed, I greatly enjoyed the layout, and the location was marvelous being close to the expressway.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving here and couldn't recommend more. That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in nice enough area, near close by to all of what SR has to offer and a regular outlet and a shopping center with restaurants/ grocery store. Had spacious room complete with a sofa bed as well as nightstand. The service was exceptional, the food was outstanding.

Location: the hotel was right by close by to all of what SR has to offer, the market, and California. I randomly popped in Peet's Coffee & Tea serving some pastries, located within a close distance from the property, it was nice.

I greatly enjoyed staying in this excellent low-cost hotel. The location was marvelous and particularly good. I could use free parking onsite. I found a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Little Madfish, which is only a 15-minute walk away.

The representative that was on duty was not very friendly I work in customer service and have for a very long time and I greet and treat people with kindness and friendliness and I expected when your working in customer service you should be a friendly person especially when your working the front desk because your representing the company and you shouldn't don't want the customers first impression of the company to be a bad one because of an employee unfriendliness. Also in the room I was staying in the toilet was not working properly so I was afraid to use the restroom because it was overflowing. I had to go to use the restaurant next door restroom a few times which in my opinion is unexceptable. I picked your establishment because my job placed me there a year ago and I had no complaints so I was expecting it to be the same as it was in the pastop and honestly It was very disappointing this time around. I normally don't take surveys but I wasn't to pleased with the outcome of my stay this time around I was very upsetting to the point of the next day I packed up and went to a different hotel.

I had a good experience here. The location was convenient, near markets, restaurants, and the freeway. The room had a big bed, central heating, multi-channel television, and a microwave.

The coffee served in the office was excellent.

The price could have been adjusted to compensated for the lack of service.

Great bang for the buck! Everything was super cool during my stay. 🌟 The location was top-notch, close to a market and a shopping center that had a bunch of restaurants and a grocery store. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat without having to go too far.

Location was perfect for the reason we were in the area (a wedding). Easy access to restaurants and freeways. Surprisingly enough, the shower was great.

The desk person at check-in was not very pleasant. Actually, the 2 different front desk people we encountered were not the most pleasant. We never got a "Hello", "How can I help you" "If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me" and last but not least, "Thank you " The room looked clean,but could use a little more TLC (dust webs on the lampshade). In the bathroom, it looked like the ceiling had "water bubbles" from a leak above. Bed was super hard. My pillows were really hard, my husbands were very soft. Bottom line: for such a nice look from the outside and the photos on the website, we were disappointed.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay in San Ramon and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The kitchen area was also clean and well-stocked with utensils. Despite being located near the highway, the room was quiet and I had no issues with noise. The front desk staff, specifically the two young ladies, were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The location of the hotel was convenient for my early morning appointment in Dublin. I would recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.
