The property is very clean and the rooms are exceptionally comfortable. The bed is exceptionally comfortable as well. The location of the hotel in San Jose is great, being close to a grocery store, Jack In the Box, and with easy access to the freeway, Silicon Valley, restaurants. We always choose to stay here whenever we visit San Jose.

Comfy room with exceptionally comfortable beds, several windows and a couch bed. Breakfast with bacon and also orange juice. Overall marvellous location really close to Jack In the Box-, a Starbucks and, most importantly, next to Starbucks a great bagel shop and stores and resteraunts.

Conveniently located near restaurants, South San Jose, and Silicon Valley. 🍴 Close and easy to reach!

Location: the hotel was really close to downtown San Jose as well as Jack In the Box-. The service was great.

The location is great, being close to a grocery store, Jack In the Box, and easy access to the freeway, restaurants, stores. the rooms are a nice size, quiet, and come with a walk-in shower and a comfortable single bed.

This place is very comfortable for a vacation, close to a shopping mall and a supermarket right across the street.

I loved the room it was perfect

The breakfast was really bad for the amount of money we paid to stay there

Breakfast consisted of a cereal bar, room cleaned every 8 days, uncomfortable beds, kitchen utensils a struggle to get, never anyone at reception and poor facilities. Not worth the money.

The room here was always clean and a great deal for what you get. 🌟 The staff were friendly and helpful, always there but not pushy. The location was quiet and convenient, super close to the city and even a Starbucks nearby.

We had a nice room with a good bathroom, a kitchenette area, and a couch - perfect for chilling out. The location of this place in the Bay Area is just fantastic 🌟.

Poor breakfast, and the refrigerator was not cleanp

The beds are not comfortable, and sofa bed you can feel the wires, my girls had to sleep on the floor, the rug was awful, and bathroom tub filfthy, couldnt get extra pillows, my kids couldnt go swimming thwre was vomit in the pool, and bottles of beer in the pool area plus filfthy, the employees were so unproffesional, about pillows because the bed being no comfortable, we needed extra pillows and I couldn't get any was given sheets, blankets this was terrible I had to call upu 1800 number to talk to the staff from that number, because the room was dirty and I wanted it cleaned before my family stayed, and was told I had to pay, this was terrible, I beleive in hospitality, and guest satisfaction.

The rooms here were just right and had private bathrooms, and the location was great, right across from a shopping center.
