The accommodation here is clean, and the staff, especially the manager, is very helpful, making it a wonderful place to stay with spacious rooms at an affordable price, even though the comfort level may not be top-notch.

By and large, it was chilled-out base for sightseeing in Reno, had much fun and met fabulously friendly staff especially the manager. The location was good and the room was fairly clean. They offered newly remodelled and silent rooms with nice bedding, microwave and a king bed. A microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator were provided if needed.

The rooms here are quiet and come equipped with full-size refrigerators and microwaves, plus all the staff members are friendly and accommodating.

Priced higher than booked. Was not advised of 28,50 per night pet fee, grab and go "breakfast" is a joke. Room is small, old innerspring mattress uncomfortable, small non supportive pillows. Have to call front desk to ask for even a paper cup to get a drink! Room has nothing in it, so you have to ask and wait for glasses, cups, coffee pot, etc Worst value for the money I have experienced in years.

It was a simple no frills to waste money on kind of place. When I travel and work that's all I require.

my recent stay at this hotel exceeded my expectations! it was even better than my previous visit in reno. everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. the location was perfect with easy access to downtown and nearby amenities like grocery stores and restaurants. highly recommend!

Staff never came to clean room throughout my 3 night stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a central area close to Tahoe / Squaw Valley, downtown for partying, and the Meadowood Mall. The room is spacious and newly renovated, and it also comes with a bathtub.

Generously sized room, clean. One excellent front desk person. Had almost everything we asked for.

No toiletries other than bar soap, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. Not enough staff, had to go to front desk ourselves to get EVERYTHING -extra towels, dishes, silverware, toilet paper, etc. because the only employee couldn't leave front desk unmanned.

Spacious room with full kitchen, AC, and deep tub. Clean facilities, comfy bed, and convenient location near shops and food. Helpful staff at front desk.

This was a nice stay for over 60+ nights. The hotel was in a marvellous location, a short walk to more suburban shopping choices for groceries and Tahoe/Squaw Valley. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the great-sized room with a king bed. The price was US$ 110.
