We both truly enjoyed it, the place is nice and suited us fine. The location was particularly good and amazing, short walk to a nice area and quiet, and Memphis for work.

I didn't like the fact that housekeepers only clean your room if your staying a week or more... To me that's crazy...

There was nothing I liked about this hotel.

I didn't like that I was forced to take a smoking room the stunk really bad. The furniture was just trashed in the room. The room came with kitchen that looked like it had been supplied by a junk yard. The cabinet doors were falling off. Everything in room was nicotine stained. Front desk tried to change price and overcharge me more than what I booked the room for. There was a van sitting in parking lot with four flat tires. Room was not cleaned and towels replaced for second day of my stay. There was a creepy old guy in lobby that yelled out god bless you! Every time someone walked by. This place is a dump please don't bring your family here.

My fridge did not work and front desk said that a manager will call me but did not.

It could of been located in a better area..it didnt look much like the pictures..not much to the breakfast..nothing hot other than coffee.. The rooms looked run down and could use some remodeling..

The price was too high for one night,the room was not stocked with necessities and our appliances needed servicing or replacing. Not the best deal, but has room for great potential

my recent stay at a hotel in Memphis exceeded expectations. extended stay provided everything I needed and more, with a comfortable bed, a fully stocked bathroom, and a kitchen that had all the amenities I could ask for.

Wifi hardly worked.
