Greatly enjoyed the room with 3 beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The rooms were brand-new where the bedding was clean, the staff were helpful and attentive. It was brand-new as expected. Easy access to Memphis International airport, which was about 29 minutes' drive away.

The staff here was incredibly accommodating and helpful, the double room was perfect with amenities like cable channels, a microwave, and a fridge, and I had a comfortable bed.

such a great stay on vacation. the staff and cleanliness are perfect. the location is wonderful, 1 mile from malco theatres. it's in a nice building in the great area. this hotel offers brand-new rooms with the tv stand and a queen bed, for example.

Dirty room, next room wasn't clean enough either. Found purse with cash. Nobody helped. Then had housekeeper tell us that she was the person ransacking our room looking for the purse while we were at dinner. Tried over and over to speak to the manager. She was told my room number and said she would come down. Caught her in the hallway for the third time, and asked her if she was willing to deal with me yet. She told me she would be to my room as soon as she delivered pillows. She refused to come. Went to lobby to get a receipt for the cash deposit I made at checkin, and there was a long line and no staff there. I went outside and talked to the police about the room ransacking, then came back in. Line was longer and still no staff. People were still waiting for rooms and for a person at the desk to check them in. I finally called Booked.net, which is the only reason I was taken care of! Long story short? This place is a nightmare. The management is horrendous and the staff is ignorant as to how to handle themselves with guests or in a business at all for that matter. Also, from the moment we checked in, there was an overwhelming smell of pot. Not only was the smell in the lobby, but it was upstairs as well. Who is on site to take care of this? Not a manager! I hope you fire management and find somebody capable of running a business. THE ONLY TIME I HEARD FROM MANAGEMENT AT ALL WAS WHEN GRETTA FROM THE CORDOVA PROPERTY CALLED ME BECAUSE THE 800 number had incorrectly put my information in the system. She was wonderful. I moved to her hotel, and although it isn't the newest, she and her entire team made me feel totally at home. Maybe put Greta over BOTH OF THESE HOTELS. I guarantee things would be fixed!

Had a blast here! The hotel was just perfect, all the staff members were amazing and super polite all the time. The spot was great too, located in a really nice area. The room even had 3 beds 🛏️. Great setup!

The staff was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! They had no care that I was there for my wedding, they were rude and just plain unsympathetic.. My friends traveled from 12 hours away and had to wait several hours before they could check into their rooms. The rooms smelled like smoke and urine..

This place is great! We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome, right next to a fantastic market. The restaurant here has tasty local dishes that are served hot and fresh. 🍲
