The hotel is smoke-free and located in a convenient shopping area. The location is nice and comfortable, within walking distance to all the places you need. The staff is extremely helpful and always greets you with a smile. They offer a good selection of breakfast items.

The man was helpful when trying to locate a better room the second time.

The hotel was unsafe and areas of the hotel was filthy. Very glad I did not have my kids with me.

The hotel entrance and room was dirty. Updates are needed to this facility. The paint in the room was chipped and the bathroom door did not close completely. The dishes provided by this Extended Stay were not adequate or of good quality. This required me to eat out more than I had planned to. The cable channels were very limited and the reception was poor at times. We were very uncomfortable because the entire facility was visibly dirty. I also did not like the idea of having to go to the front desk to request clean towels and dishes. The hallways and elevator smelled bad.

The room here was spacious and comfortable with its own private en-suite bathroom.

The staff is VERY kind and inviting.

The toilet was tipping over (floor seals were worn out and missing) We had to fix the stove burner to use it. Kitchenware should be stocked in room as a convenience. Breakfast muffins should not be packaged...its distasteful in our opinion.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay, ideally located within walking distance to a metro station, and the staff here is really friendly.

Although a non smoking facility, it smelled like smoke. The room was small and wasnt really comfortable at all. The bed was not vomfortable. The breakfast was cheap-sorry. I had a hot buffet at the Quality Inn and Homewood suites for alot less. The woman at the check in desk wasn't rude but she wasn't friendly either. We did not feel welcome. When I inquired about snacks I felt as if I was bothering her. The water in the shower even after running for a few minutes was tepid at best and the pressure was low. Very disappointing stay for the price. Thankfully it was only one night.

The smell was very terrible . It's a non smoking hotel but you can tell that people still smoked. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. The bathroom had hair on the toilet and the tub was dirty and still had hair along with soap. The comforter had spots on it . For the price i paid i felt like it wasn't worth it .

The hotel offers lots of large rooms. The staff are pleasant and amazingly nice, answered every question I had. It offers a favorable and excellent location not far from a shopping center that included a variety of stores and the Smithsonian African American Museum and FedEx Field.
