The location of this hotel was convenient for our trip to a dog park nearby. The staff was respectful and allowed us to check in early. Our stay at the front desk was excellent.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating; my room was comfortable and equipped with a brand-new pull-out sofa and television.

Enjoyed my great stay for service at the front desk. The room was huge and clean with a pull out sofa, TV, a coffee maker as described. Everything seemed brand-new, clean. The location was great and good, to the Mayo clinic! Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Kazu Sushi Burrito that was only 20 minutes' walk away.

The stay here was really good. I liked the hotel. It was reasonably clean with a nice and easy location near South Florida in a nice area.

The hotel is perfectly clean with brand-new rooms. It has a marvelous location near the Mayo Clinic. The area is nice, close to the island, and conveniently located near construction. Dave & Buster's is a great spot for a quick visit, just a 5-minute walk away.

Spacious rooms here come with a big pull-out couch, perfect for lounging or accommodating extra guests. Plus, each room has a convenient coffee maker to ensure you can start your day off right with a fresh brew. 🛋️

The room had climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave, which I really liked, and the beds were super comfortable.

The Front desk staff Nicole was pleasant, understanding and accommodating.

My mother in law went to check into her room, unto opening the door we were greeted with a roach in the middle of the kitchen floor! While in my own suite we discovered the room had bed bugs in the mattresses. I was given a full refund and able to change hotels. However, the night staff did say they had been battling an infestation & were without a full time manager for the property as the last one resigned.

When booking reservations the agents needs to informed travelers about the stay,I was misinformed about my room. The dishwasher needs to be replaced with oven,there's a stove but no oven.

At 4 45 am I get bit, I am for sure that bed has bugs, I showed it to Alfonso in the front desk, I want to have my money back, I went to the concert and with a lot itch, I am working every day trying to don't scratch me, I still itching

Hotel was old, dated, smelled terrible. Room smelled terrible. Check in process was terrible. Had to pay a cash deposit on top of already pre paying for the room. Hotel had bags of trash in hallways and stair ways that smelled terrible and had bugs around it. Not pleased at all. Almost had to pay for the room again because the person at check in did not know I already paid for it, stated that I had not. I had to pull out my payment confirmation from Booked.net and pull up my bank statement to show that I had already paid. Not pleased at all.
