The location was convenient for what we were doing. They did have good coffee in the morning when I came down.
The staff was rude when we checked in. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It was dirty and there were cigarette burns all over the place. The whole building smelled of trash and cigarette smoke. Probably the worst place I have ever slept. The bed sucked too. I wouldn't recommend that place to an enemy.

The location here is great, just a stone's throw from downtown, tons of places to eat, and even a movie theater nearby! 🍿

Shops, restaurants were close to the hotel.
The room itself was dirty. It had an odor. The window sills had black mold and bugs. Room did not get cleaned during our stay. The breakfast was terrible. Only had frozen muffins, granola bars and oranges. Only thing to drink was coffee. No milk or juice. Will not stay again.

Great location! I enjoyed the bed and the studio room
It would be great to at least have toiletries stock every day but you have to ask for them. I did not mind that there was no maid but the toiletries were a must for us.

Convenient location near Eagle Creek State Park, with easy access from the highway. Great service from Rachelb Becky, Shenika, and Heather, who went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a free room upgrade. Outstanding service during a heater breakdown, especially for a family with a child's severe asthma. Strongly recommend!

I stayed 2 nights and would like to stay longer when visiting the United States of America. My room was reasonably spacious thanks to the wonderful staff. The hotel's location was wonderful, right by downtown Indianapolis, nearby shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and other stores.
