The hotel has an excellent location close to downtown. The staff were extremely accommodating. The food selection was great, with healthy meals and a huge variety of options available. The hotel is conveniently located next to the mall, convention center, area attractions, and many restaurants and businesses.

i had a really nice experience here, everything was nice, the location was favourable close enough to area attractions as well as greensboro. the staff were friendly and took care of me. the room was immaculate and big included a flat-screen tv with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven. the bathroom was impeccably clean, with a bath.

There were roach's in my room. I was told the manager would contact me about this and I never was.By the way we killed the roach and after the room was cleaned it was still on the coach.

The hotel has been recently redecorated, and the room was lovely and spotless. The staff members were welcoming. The room features a complete kitchen, as well as a shower and a hairdryer which were great additions.
