Homely Feel with Kitchen Facilities 🏠

The rooms here are impeccably clean and having a kitchen really gives you that cozy, at-home vibe.

There was a container of food in the refrigerator that should have been disposed of.

Fairly quiet location, nice rooms, good breakfast bar for a quick grab and go.

Complained to the front desk a little before midnight on our last night about the room across from ours being extremely loud, and nothing was done. We were getting up at 1:30 am to drive 13 hours, and because of this room hardly got any sleep, and we decided to leave at midnight.

The cozy bed in the well-equipped room and the friendly, helpful staff made for a pleasant stay experience here.

Location

There was not one thing in the kitchen. I could not even get a coffee pot. They said they were all taken. Motel 6 even has coffee pots. There was not a top sheet on one of the beds. I had to ask for one and make the bed myself . There were things under the bed from the last guest , that's how well they cleaned.

The location of this place is great, close to numerous shopping, dining, major food stores, and supermarkets.

Were no towels in room. Check in desk not very helpful or informative- no pamphlets- no maps- and I think you should've told that you have to request silverware etc

I requested late checkout of noon when I checked in. She said she did it. Next morning I get Knocks in my door at 8:39-9 from housekeeping asking me when my check out us! I wanted to sleep!

The hotel offers great meals. It is conveniently located near a fantastic mall with plenty of shopping and dining options. Olive Garden, a great place for dinner, is just a short walk away from the hotel.

Quiet and clean

I didn't have ice cube trays and my deposit was returned without my room being checked. Granted i was a A 1 guest but if this is an often occurance what was the point of holding my deposit?

Didn't like anything.

The cost of $166 - outrageous for what we experienced. Regardless of the cost, I wouldn't have been happy at any rate. First room we went to smelled like stale smoke, the windows were open, probably to air out the smoke, the trash can had not been emptied, no tissues. Transferred to another room, no smoke smell. The entire place had a chemical smell. No tissues again. No washcloths. Front desk was understaffed and the one who was there, was very nice in spite of the fact that she had no help. The breakfast was cheap - packaged muffins and energy bars, at least there were apples, but they were sitting close to the floor; could hardly be called breakfast. I would never stay at an Extended Stay again.

The room was well furnished, tidy, had a washing machine, and the overall experience was wonderful.

No carpet in the room was nice.loved having a full size fridge freezer and kitchen supplies.

Lots of sketchy people living here....a motel feel to it. Lots of garbage outside and dog poop everywhere in the grass.

The food here was great and the service was excellent in addition to the rooms having a kitchen.

The staff eventually fixed all things listed below, and we extended our stay two days longer.

Room wasn't ready for occupancy, but they gave us the room anyway. Beds partially made, sheets dirty, phone didn't work, no bath tissue, heater didn't work. Coffee pots at breakfast were typically empty.
