The place was well-maintained with a supportive staff from the front desk to the manager. I truly enjoyed having a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven in the room. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I slept so well. The hotel's location was marvelous, just a short distance to the large Milestone shopping area.

I was quite an easy going

Having to have our door keys reprogram everyday. An two different prices for our stay. Checked in on a Friday left on a Sunday so to me a weekend should be friday thru Sunday

The room was really big and had plenty of space. They even gave us utensils and enough soap to do our laundry, which was super handy. The hotel is right by the bus stops, so it was easy to get wherever we needed to go.

The location of this hotel near a large shopping center, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores was comfy and stunning. The food was great, with lots of options. The staff were very hospitable and knowledgeable throughout my stay.

That you had to request the items you wanted for the kitchenette but no soap for either hands or dishes. No coffee/tea/snacks in lobby unless it was during the hours of "grab N go." Additionally, I got a coffee machine for the room, but they did not provide any coffee. Weird. Brought a dog and I have no problem paying extra, but I would have had a problem if we stayed more than one night as they charge 25/PER night, not stay. Also, no designated dog area, poop bags or disposal area. We had previously stayed at a HoJo and they not only had a 1 time fee, a designated pet area w/amenities but they also provided a doggie bag with treats upon arrival. Very nice touch. Not here. I would not look to stay at another Extended Stay. Would rather pay a few more bucks and have better service and amenities.

This venue provides a great overall experience with well-maintained accommodations, friendly staff, and delicious food, all in a peaceful location near a large shopping area.

We booked thru Booked.net. We got a good deal, we were going to stay 2 nites but ended up staying longer. Staff has extremely helpful. They had everything for us that we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel !!!

The vending machine for laundry detergent, ect. couldn't be used. We had to wait til we got elsewhere to wash clothes.I saw a question about breakfast- it was a continental, very minimal. There was coffee, tea, granola bars, oatmeal packets, and oranges and apples (& 2 kinds of muffin's)

AC was incredibly noisy. It was very hard to sleep as it kept turning on and off on random intervals. We also got only one bottle of shampoo although we traveled as a couple.

The hotel is well-maintained and quiet. The staff, from the front desk to the manager, were pleasant. The location is particularly good, in an excellent and quiet neighborhood.
