We had a great time at this place! 🌟 The staff was super attentive, especially the manager. The location near the shopping center was really convenient too.

The wifi was reliable, if slow. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating.

Not in a great location. Drive entry is difficult to find and has a dangerous curb. No in room instructions on how to get kitchen utensils and the staff didn't mention anything. The TV is very small, but we didn't watch it anyway. The breakfast is measly. Not use to lack of daily maid service.

Quiet and fantastic hotel, accommodating staff with regard to customer service, everything was great. Great location just off Federal Way, Wa, Tacoma and the restaurant with free parking.

There is nothing redeemable about this property at all. You have to see it to believe how terrible it is.

There were 2 of us on a sales trip and asked the home office travel agent to book 2 rooms near the event. So it was booked sight-unseen. Good heavens! This place was filthy, the building is falling apart, very strange people were coming and going all night long - it was quite horrible, but there was nowhere else to go.

The room had Wi-Fi and a kitchenette, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable; the location was marvelous with convenient parking nearby.

Was very clean, but not having hairdryers in room is not good. Would have liked a few glasses, etc without having to ask. But overall, not bad.

Convenient location, just a short 10-minute walk to a big shopping center nearby! 🛍️

Close to airport, close to mall & restaurants

False fire alarms two times , frig sounded like Boeing engine. Air conditioning difficult, no silverware or plates in room

I really enjoyed the spacious room and the provided amenities.

The local desk staff (and housekeeping) always tried to accommodate any questions we had. I really appreciated The Assistant Manager's help one day I needed to print a document and her name was Rebecca. They staff seemed to operate on their own and evidently had great training.

This is not a complaint---but the FULL occupancy house seemed to consume the large bins of coffee and muffins and ridiculous rates! Upper Corporate management needs to place larger containers out to allow the staff to focus on customers, rather than having to spend every 15 minutes reloading the breakfast cart!
