Clean hotel, brand-new room, very-very nice and welcoming staff. All in all marvellous and awesome setting close enough to SEVERAL RESTAURANTS and EVERYTHING, FREE PARKING and Dayton city center. Nearby Fricker's - great place to chill out.

The room at Extended Stay was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a reliable air conditioner. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a broken window and unlit kitchen, our stay was still enjoyable. We appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and microwave in the room. we had a pleasant experience at Extended Stay and would recommend it to others.

No maid service, very limited breakfasr, WiFi very poor and wanted pay to upgrade, towel exchange only at front desk. Room rates raised to $309 per night close to Hamvention event. Friends stayed elsewhere due to price.

The location was convenient, with nearby fast food restaurants and a Walmart. The extended stay option was useful for our multiple stay extensions. The hotel was pet-friendly with ample parking. One employee was especially kind to our children, offering them muffins.

First room for one of our group wreaked of smoke and they had to change rooms. Requested a coffee maker. Make sure you also request cups.You'd think there would be some in the room or given with the maker.
