The room was super spacious and super clean. 🌟 The breakfasts were free, which was a nice bonus. The staff here really knew how to take care of us, always being attentive and respectful. This place is in a great spot, super close to all the stores.

I needed my sheets changed and garbage taken out and no one was able to assist.

The room was a good size & the bed was comfortable but.....

The aircon was 3" from the bed & the window opened only 2". I couldn't get past the aircon to get into bed. I either froze as the aircon cycled on & melted when it cycled off, & my husband melted if I turned it off. A very poorly designed room, that would've been easily solved if the aircon was under the other window.

The hotel is fabulous with brand-new rooms equipped with a kitchen. The location in the Oakbrook-Westmont-Hinsdale area is particularly good. The staff is respectful and provides a good experience. This is the property of choice in Westmont.

The room was clean, spacious with a microwave, a comfortable king-size bed, and a bathroom that I really liked, and the location was great, with helpful and attentive staff on hand whenever I needed assistance.

Room size and location was convenient

Knowledge and customer service of front desk staff. Waited over Half hour to check in due to credit card malfunction. Front desk assistant double charged my room fee as she did not know how to maintain CC for incidentals.

The room is spacious and well-ventilated, equipped with a refrigerator and microwave. Convenient amenities like a freezer and microwave oven are provided. The location is fantastic, close to Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Westmont, and a variety of restaurants. Just 2 miles away from Prospect Park.

The hotel was fairly clean with super-friendly and very excellent staff who provided us with complimentary breakfasts. The staff was always available, everything was excellent. The venue has good and excellent location next to Chicago international airport, a good area, and Chicago.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, excellent services, the rooms were clean, the bed was great and the breakfast was on point... I will be visiting soon...

The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby cities and a seafood restaurant just a few blocks away. The room had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking.

The room was cleaner once I paid for housekeeping.

I paid $10 for housekeeping as it was not included in my two night stay.No dish soap, plates nor utensils were provided. No sheet only blanket and cover in the bed until housekeeping cleaned per pay. They clean every seven days per front desk lady.I have the receipt for housekeeping payment. Extra charge for cash payment that was not comunicated per Booked.net . Two of the channels did not work and front desk said they never worked. Hot water was a constant issue. No automatic doors at the entrance which made it hard to use the cart for bags.
