Hotel was comfortable and welcoming, in the vicinity of Perth Racecourse & next door to Eating Inn Restaurant Staff were friendly & courteous.
Historical sites, great hotel and the access was excellent - the reception efficient and welcoming.
Staff are very helpful and friendly, pub next door offers reasonable bar type meals.

Good location and nice hotel. Great for the price, staff very friendly and value for money and a clean room. Very acceptable buffet breakfast.

Pillows to small and the eggs are awefull the beans are of a low grade and often burnt.
