          Perfect location, perfect price, lovely hotel and modern building. Our room was ready on arrival and the lobby was quiet, staff were very helpful and friendly. The shower was great and also the toilet were very large. Good breakfast included in cost, Chinese girl was very nice and helpfull.

          The public areas, stair wells and hallways were very clean, the hotel was very clean, quiet. The price was great for London and staff were lovely. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, cereals, breads, juices and fresh brewed coffee was available.

          Convenient location a block from finchley rd tube station, the hotel all over is kept very tidy and the window operated well and could be opened for fresh air. Breakfast ok and check out very quick.
