  Very clean, great location and handy for trains to london. Excellent value for money, bit of luxury for a cheap price and personnel skilled and nice, comfortable lobby and bar. Free car park, near the canal and in convenient distance to the motorways. Pleasant staff in evening and nice relaxing rooms.

  Soft mattress, breakfast 2 out of 10 poor.

  Sausages for breakfast excellent location, in a new development just by Apsley station and a room facing the canal would be better. This hotel is lovely, reception staff very helpful even we arrived after 2am and bathroom, didn't smell as fresh as I think cold have.

  Nice location and great value for a quick business stop over. The hotel was very clean, the reception staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was clean,tidy and spacious. Breakfast was a good variety.

  Convenient location and very handy for Apsley Station for day trip to London+ sights. The hotel is modern, clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is perfect, staff is always friendly and unobtrusive. Price of the rooms is reasonable.

  A good location next to the canal basin and excellent hotel. Reception staff friendly and helpful, lovely clean room, the breakfast was better than I expected given the cheap rate.

  Lovely location and good value. The staff were superb, the room was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was typical for a HIE and we thought that was more than adequate.

  The location was excellent near the canal restaurants, the surrounding area of the hotel was very pleasant and the staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. The room was good and breakfast was great and plenty of choice for a freebie.
