            Clean friendly good location, javelin train doesnt take long at all and the hotel is modern, just before the Dartford bridge and has its own parking. Staff are excellent, the beds are very comfortable and i liked the choice between soft and firm pillows. Breakfast is ok better then other hi expresses.

            The location is very good, the rooms are comparitvely large for this standard of hotel and the Staff is exceedingly helpful and friendly. The shower is brilliant, breakfast is only let down was better years ago and just North Americans expect from a Holiday Inn.

            Location ideal for bluewater and convenient to main roads good service. Excellent value for money, fantastic for the price and clean interior and surroundings. Staff polite and friendly, comfy bed. A large lcd tv, pillows very comfortable and nice big towels.

            Breakfast was very poor and for dinner and the hot beverages were undrinkable.

            Good location for bluewater, after a very long drive was nice to check in early and the evening bar staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Attentertive on reception dan was very pleasant, room was clean and breakfast was good, quiet and just be allowed to wonder in and out of your daily life. A menu was available.

            Clean and good staff good location, friendly welcome. Exceptional service by all and clean, comfortable room. Breakfast arrangement again simple and i challenged the waitress just grunted.

            The bar was very expensive and toilet did not flush away.
