• The room was clean, staff friendly, check-in fast. The second time was for two nights during the week ($140), but that was a larger room and included breakfast. It obviously is not a luxury hotel, but it is quiet and clean which it what we are usually looking for (especially on a business trip).

  The feel of the Hotel is very new with lots of available parking. There was no extra charge for the extra time in the room. The front staff at the Inn are very friendly and efficient. The cleaning staff are also friendly and willing to lend a helping hand whenever they can. We found our room to be above average clean. The room we stayed in had a queen bed with a sofa, tv, fridge (for takeout)! Make sure to take your laptop because they do have internet access from their rooms. There is lots of room to put our luggage and walk around in the room. The furniture and the general feel of the room with its decor was very new.

  Excellent room: clean, quiet, friendly staff, good location, decent price from Booked. No problems with any of the physical items in the rooms.

  The hotel doesn’t have a swimming pool, but does have 2 small (4 people size) Jacuzzi, and 2 small steam rooms (it look like a shower, that can handle 2 people inside). On Tuesday morning, I was worried about leaving my $2,000+ laptop in the trunk of my car, at the same time I was sceptical about leaving it in my room. I decided to leave the laptop behind in the room; at the same time I left my jacket, with loose change inside my pockets behind too. My bed was made up perfect, and the washroom cleaned perfectly as well. The reception was nice and polite, and when the Spa ran out of towels, I went to the front reception to inform her, and within 10 minutes she showed up with more towels. The service is spectacular, would rank the service as good as being on a cruise. As for the room I had no problems with noise, and the bed was comfortable. The room is a little dark, the hotel uses the low energy light bulbs, and takes time to warm up, even then the room is still a little dark for my liking. Executive Inn does offer free internet in the room. The connection is not on the lamp, but if you follow the telephone line to the face plate on the wall, you will find the data port right beside it.

  Nice room and hotel decor, near the airport and an easy drive to the Stampede Fairgrounds and downtown. Their friendly and helpful staff was appreciated.

  The Executive Royal Inn is a mid-class hotel near the airport. It has spacious, clean, modern rooms and services. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and we had no problems with the TV or A/C. The staff at the Royal Inn were friendly and efficient. The location of the Royal Inn is excellent for airport access. They offer a free shuttle to/from the airport - about a ten-minute drive.

  The noise level in our room was typical, if not better-than-average, for a hotel: occasional muted sounds from other rooms.

  It did not have a pool but the European steam showers and Jacuzzis are great. We have booked one in Edmonton and hope to find the same level of service.

  It is a hidden gem, staff are friendly, love the health spa and massage. The restaurant is all beef at night, however the salad bar is huge over 140 some items. Overall the staff are very accommodating, Adam in the restaurant is great.

  The decor of the room was not only beautiful but it was in great shape. The lobby was big and bright and the the hotel was easy to locate.

  My husband, son & I spent our last night of our Canadian Rockies vacation at the Executive Royal Inn because we had an early morning flight and wanted to be close to the airport. The room was clean, a nice size, with a queen bed and a convertible sofa, and had a micro-fridge and coffee maker.
