The hotel did pay for rental equipment and comp two nights of our stay, but that did not come close to covering the loss of high quality equipment.
Spectacular views from the ceiling to floor windows and the location of this hotel is just perfect - very close to the lift.
We believe we got great value accommodation in a fantastic location.
The location is perfect (everything is right there, including grocery store, restaurants and attractions).
The bus stop for the free shuttle to Blackcomb base, this hotel has a great location right in the center of the village.

In order to advertise in-room hot tubs Executive Inn has stuffed an oddly designed one in each bathroom such that you can barely open the door to let yourself in.
The room was two levels, with a loft bed up two flights of very steep stairs.
The room was by far better than expected after booking and looking at the pictures online (ex; the bathtub/Jacuzzi), especially the for the price (but I imagine that we stayed there during an "off season").
The staff were very helpful, the bed was comfortable and warm, a well equipped kitchenette made making the occasional snack.
Great location, great price ($94), a very comfortable bed with a pillow topper, a balcony, a fireplace, a kitchen and free parking underground.
If you plan to eat at the Italian restaurant next door (Il Caminetto), check out their prices before you get seated as they are on the high side ($40 for a 1/2 liter of house red wine as an example).
The General management as well as front desk manager didnt have any respect for customers and didnt seem professional neither in giving service nor in the way of their appearance!
The front desk staff is very friendly, the rooms are spacious for two.
Front desk service was apathetic and unfriendly.
The staff and the General Manager were rude and look-liked they all have been there since the first day the hotel opened its doors.
There is no elevator, no pool, no hot tub, and no secure parking.
From the lack of any sort of lobby (it's a narrow hallway passing through the building) to the lack of any sort of amenities or elevator.
Like the previous Traveller had commented, the lobby is quite uninspiring.
The building itself was clean and the decoration of the room was very nice.
